Fixing the browser settings:
Step 1. Clear Browser Data
Open the browser history |
In the Privacy Section, click Manage Website Data |
In the search field enter the website: connect.cardinalkinetic.com |
Select the first entry. Right click to open context menu. Click the “Forget About This Site” option |
Confirmation dialog will be displayed. Click the “Forget” button |
- The browser history related to the Connect App is now cleared
Step 2. Allow Insecure / Cardinal Kinetic HTTP Content
Paste the following into the address bar: about:preferences#privacy
Click on “Don’t enable HTTPS-Only Mode” and then “Manage Exceptions…” |
Type in all applicable addresses where you experienced the issue, most likely “connect.cardinalkinetic.com”, then click “Turn Off” |
