Trouble Shooting / HTTP Content In Browser / Firefox

Fixing the browser settings:


Step 1. Clear Browser Data

Open the browser history
In the Privacy Section, click Manage Website Data
In the search field enter the website: connect.cardinalkinetic.com
Select the first entry. Right click to open context menu. Click the “Forget About This Site” option
Confirmation dialog will be displayed. Click the “Forget” button
  • The browser history related to the Connect App is now cleared

Step 2. Allow Insecure / Cardinal Kinetic HTTP Content

Paste the following into the address bar: about:preferences#privacy

Click on “Don’t enable HTTPS-Only Mode” and then “Manage Exceptions…”
Type in all applicable addresses where you experienced the issue, most likely “connect.cardinalkinetic.com”, then click “Turn Off”

Step 4. Restart The Browser


Step 5. Try Uploading a Program to Your InoDrive Again
